Patients can be booked into seeing Miss Ali via her secretary (secretary@ent-saf.co.uk) or the booking centre at the relevant hospital. 
 
A referral letter from your GP or other referring specialist is expected to be emailed to the secretary prior to the consultation. 
 
As an Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon, Miss Ali will see all manner of general conditions affecting the head and neck areas. You may require other tests as an adjunct to make the diagnosis and further your management.

EAR

Patients may experience pain, infection, or hearing loss. All clinics have the facility to perform micro-suction on the day of your appointment. Hearing tests are usually available on the day or within 24hrs of being seen. Miss Ali also can refer you for specialist tests for more complex problems with hearing and

NOSE

Patients may experience nasal blockage, an acute injury or bleeding. The evaluation of this is possible in clinic with use of endoscopy. Treatment is also possible with local anaesthetic cautery. In those patients with possible sleep apnoea, further testing will be required with a sleep study.

THROAT

Patients may experience pain in the throat or a lump in the neck. This can be due to many different conditions. As a specialist head and neck surgeon, Miss Ali will take a targeted history and examine you with flexible nasal-endoscopy. The majority of patients can be reassured. In some further scans are required to make a diagnosis.
