In her NHS practice, Miss Ali is part of the head and neck consultant team based between the Royal London and University College London Hospitals. She has two clinical fellowships in advanced head and neck surgery from Guy’s and St Thomas’ and Charing Cross Hospital. Her area of expertise is in treating benign and malignant disease of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, salivary and thyroid glands.
 
In the private sector, your treatment protocols will follow nationally agreed standards on head and neck cancer care. Miss Ali will discuss your case with the local multi-disciplinary (MDT) meetings which include other surgeons, pathologists and oncologist to further your individualised care. You will have a chance to meet a specialist nurse and other members of the allied health care services in your further care.
